Q: What does your selection process look like?
A: Chrysler Financial reviews applications and resumés for qualifications, and the best qualified candidates are selected for interviews. Chrysler Financial uses behavioral-based interviewing to determine a candidate’s demonstrated experience. Human Resources or a departmental manager will generally conduct the interview and select candidates.
Q: Do you offer relocation?
A: Employees may be eligible for relocation benefits if the difference in mileage from the current home to the new work location is greater than 50 miles. Additionally, if one is not currently employed, the mileage from the current home to the new work location must be greater than 50 miles to qualify for relocation benefits.
